Clubs

Two teams from Tanana Middle School compete against other FNSBSD schools for their chance to represent our school district at the State competition.  Students read specific books from the list below and are asked very detailed questions about the content in each book.

Meetings take place Thursdays during lunch, starting Sept 24th.

One 6th grade team and one 7th/8th team.

This club runs twice a year.  The first will run Sept - Dec; the second will run Jan - April.  If your student will be in an activity, like wrestling, it's best to have them join the semester they will miss the least amount of meetings. 

Note: There is a $10 supply fee per student.

Meetings will take place on Tuesdays, 2:30 - 4, in the library.
